Model

Why Models?

  • Visual Appeal

  • Models provide excellent visual appeal to a project for those assuring first impressions.

  • Arrest Costly Errors

  • Through the model, the client gets a precise idea of how the finished product would appear. This eliminates any confusion or scope for doubt that can prove costly especially when dealing with large scale or costly ventures.

  • Facilitate Communication

  • The model facilitates communication between the contractor and the client as it possesses the ability to trigger discussion over the creation or design of the product.

  • Key tool for Project Engineer

  • A model is the visual basis of a project for the Project Engineer. This is where the visualization of the project begins. Using the model’s scaled down representation as direct reference; the engineer begins building the actual product.

  • Detects Contraption Problems

  • Models helps bring to the notice any errors in the design that would detrimental in the actual creation of the problem.

  • Meet Schedules

  • When the process is clear conceptually and progresses ahead without any glitches, schedules established for the project become easier to keep up with and maintain.

  • Reduce Costs

  • With reduced number of errors and a clear working process established through precise ideations triggered by models, the improved performance can cut down productions costs. Usually, the requirement of production costs increase when aspects of the project aren’t well planned.

  • Hassle free alternative to Drawings

  • Drawing models require an acute sense of perfection in every stroke. A good amount of time and paper goes down the bin before the final model design is locked. Creating physical models helps cut down on all these aspects by providing a comparatively less hassle free process.

Our Specialties

  • Architectural Models

  • Architectural models are design representations of an architect. Through these models, the idea regarding the various views of a building is established in a way that easy to comprehend for the common populace too. The process can be described as Art and Science blending together to represent buildings for future architectural insight. The models can also prove to be a useful sales tool when trying to sell property or development scheme to prospective clients.

  • Layout Models

  • Layout models are used to establish economical and efficient use of space when building industries. It also ensures a smooth flow of raw material, semi finished material and finished material from different departments.

  • Marine Models

  • Marine models aid in designing vehicles and equipments made for sea travel. In demand among naval architects and engineers, yacht designers and specialist boat builders, Dagart Solutions offers to fabricate yacht and maritime models. Traditional hand finishing skills and attention to detail are coupled with digital technologies to produce models of the most optimal quality.

  • Offshore Models

  • We at Dagart Solutions strive hard to recreate scale models of offshore structures and vessels right down to the last small detail. Attention to detail is a skill mandatory in the model making industry and that helps our craftsman build precise replicas of the original structure or vessel.

  • Automotive Models

  • A model vehicle or toy vehicle is a miniature representation of an automobile. Popular among major companies in the automobile sector, Dagart Solutions offers scale models of automobiles that can stand up to any demand posed by the market.

  • Display Models

  • Proportionally scaled working representations of full-sized machines in miniature are referred to as engineering models. These models have been in regular use among industrial engineers since decades.

Such models are usually made by producing working parts of the required machine model from stock metal and metal castings.

According to their requirements, clients can approach us to produce practical working models, highly meticulous display models, or sometimes a combination of both.

Tools we Use

  • 3D printing

  • 3D printing is the process of creating a digital 3D model and converting it into a digital file and then into an actual object. 3D printing is an additive process. In this process, an object is created by applying successive layers of material till the desired object takes shape. In this tedious process, there are 3 different technologies used:

    1. FDM --- FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING
    2. SLA ----- STEREOLITHOGRAOHY
    3. SLS ----- SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING
We at DAGART SOLUTIONS specialize in the SLA technology and have our own in-house 3D printers to deliver products to our client on time with optimal quality.

  • Laser Cutting

  • Laser cutting is a method of cutting a design from a given material with acute precision. It uses a CAD file to guide the laser which cuts by melting, burning or vaporizing your material. This process helps achieve a high quality, dimensionally accurate cuts on a wide variety of materials. It is generally used for industrial manufacturing applications.

  • Circular Saw

  • This is the traditional approach to model making. Circular saws give model makers exception control on the texturing and model shaping process. The level of precision that circular saws offer makes it a favorite among model makers.
